Please see the proper way to fix the Contact Service ( Startup Failed ) with ATF.
If SimLocks are valid please follow the video steps and CS will be solved 100%.
If simlocks are invalid then please fix it using SL1 Unlock- Old Method feature with ATF and then all steps as Video.
