Added Ericsson DB2010, DB2012, and PNX5230 Java write IMEI funcion. Works with CID49, 50, 52, 53
Added Ericsson DB2010 Java unlock funcion. Works with CID50
Added Ericsson Make rest file function, it genereates the rest file automatically
Fixed BB5 Testpoint auto detect button bug
